Display problem of the video lectors (codec, missing plugins)

    To escape the lector limitation: (more than 60 minutes) [MegaVideo]

    MOVStreaming is not the responsible for limiting the duration of the videos to 60 minutes. The host Megavideo is the one and I ask you to stop writing to us about this.
    To escape Megavideo lector limitaion :

    Some of you have seen the next message been displayed during watching a video in the platform MegaVideo: "You have watched 72 Minutes of video today. Please wait .. minutes or click here to enjoy unlimited use of Megavideo"
    Here is a solution to escape this problem
    First of all, you have to delete all the cookies for your navigator :

    • If you use Internet Explorer : Click on Menu "Tools" "Internet options",'delete","delete the cookies", then click on "Yes" to confirm.
    • Firefox : Click on the menu "tools", "delete my...." tick the box "cookies" and then click on "delete my .... now".
    • If you use Internet Explorer et Firefox to watch your videos, it is advised to delete the cookies from both navigators.

      Secondly, you have to change your IP adress: You just have to turn off the modem or the router for a few seconds or minutes.

      Trick for the problem when the sound and the image don't match

      1. Precharge twice on 2 diffrent pages the same episode;
      2. Cut the sound in one of the two
      3. Start after 3, 4 or 5 seconds the video without the sound the stop it
      4. start the viedo with the sound the go rapidly to the page with the video without the sound and play it

      The loading of the video is long, the video cuts,…

      The problem is independent of our willingness.
      A piece of advice is essantial: Load these videos before watching them. The time the preloading takes depends on the connexion flow : When you load a video, a progression barre moves on under the lector. It shows the pourcentage ofloading of the video. If the reading cursor catches the preloading barre, playing will stop. You will have to click on pause and wait a few minutes until the preloading would have sufficiently moved on to take back the reading of the video.

      A problem can happen also during the loading of the video: if you don't see the preloading barre progressing, you will have to refresh the page to launch again the video or restart your modem or router.
